Master’s Pentecostal Seminary at Tyndale is the only institution in Eastern Canada offering an accredited graduate program from a pentecostal perspective that is recognized by the PAOC – the MTS in Pentecostal Studies.
Our philosophy is that both the mind and spirit must be disciplined and trained for ministry. At Master’s, you do not have to choose between intellectual and spiritual emphases.

For Summer 2026, the topic is Canadian Pentecostalism and how our understanding of it has advanced in the thirty years since Master’s Pentecostal Seminary (formerly Canadian Pentecostal Seminary) was launched in partnership with Tyndale Seminary in 1996. The founding of the seminary coincided with a new phase of scholarship on Pentecostalism in Canada. The course will have the feel of an academic conference, featuring multiple sessions from a variety of disciplines. Additionally, befitting an anniversary course, all the lecturers have a history with MPS, either as lecturers or students. |
Livestream Courses
A new and innovative way to take a course. Livestream allows you to take a course from anywhere you have internet access. You join the class through Zoom Meeting technology. You are in the room via a screen as though you were there in person. We aim to offer all of our Pentecostal Studies courses via livestream.
